Artist's Description
The 'Glacial Potholes' in Shelburne Falls, MA is one of my favorite locations to photograph. The potholes formed after the last glacier age, when the Deerfield River began to flow over these rocks about 14,000 years ago. Today the location has eateries, shops, cafes, and other places of interest. It's a great place to walk around no matter what season it is. This is the site where the movie 'The Judge' was filmed.

About Lorraine Palumbo
I'm a photographer living in Massachusetts with a passion for photography, architecture, and art. I capture landscape, seascape, nature, abstract, and macro photography in the United States, Canada, and Europe. I have traveled extensively, and I have seen all that nature has to offer in each of these countries. I focus on the culture countries have to offer, pastoral beauty of the French and Italian countryside, colorful subjects, sunsets, sunrises, waterfalls, and seascapes. Through the lens of my camera, I try to capture nature's beauty and present it in austere settings.
