Penny is a Shih Tzu that is the family dog of my friends who live in Florence, Massachusetts. The Shih Tzu is a toy dog breed developed in Tibet from the Pekingese and Lhasa Apso in China. She is very quiet, friendly, great temperament, and wonderful with children. She is about 13 years old.
